A deep dive into the "Why" behind the "How."
Citizens felt hesitant to report sensitive information due to fears of data leaks and lack of true anonymity in existing portals.
Design Pivot:
Initial testing showed users were confused by the "Login" screen. We pivoted to a Token-Based Entry system, removing the need for PII (Personally Identifiable Information) entirely.
University students struggled to find jobs that respected academic schedules, while local employers lacked a centralized talent pool.
Refining the Filter:
We realized "Industry" wasn't as important as "Proximity to Campus." We scrapped the category-led UI for a Geofence-First search experience.
